Overview
As an Analyst III on the Restaurant Pricing team, you will help support the pricing strategy utilized in Chick-fil-A restaurants. In this role, you will work with the Restaurant pricing team and other professionals across the business to implement pricing solutions relevant to our Customers and Restaurant Operators. The right candidate for this role will enjoy analyzing data to generate insights, executing detailed pricing implementations, researching issues and solutions, and collaborating with others. This role requires a highly responsible person, who loves research and very detail-oriented assignments.

Responsibilities
Support implementation of price increases and communication to appropriate parties Aid in the creation of price groups, menu item price points, and price lists for franchised Operators Influence new and innovative ways to solve current business and technical challenges Work with cross-functional partners to provide any necessary information or assistance for price changes Lead and update monthly scorecard for Pricing meetings Lead legislated tracking and analysis including but not limited to minimum wage, packaging, family leave and paid sick leave Automate current pricing processes to increase efficiency and eliminate errors Research, track, and communicate Chick-fil-A Restaurant grand openings Develop organized systems or processes to assist with pricing implementation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Data & Analytics, Statistics or Mathematics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to translate data into concise executive summaries and presentations Strong written and oral communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Self-starter who completes tasks on time and with minimal supervision Desire to always keep learning Ability to learn things quickly and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Specific experience working with pricing in retail or hospitality Experience with analytics software such as Alteryx or Tableau Ability to build strong relationships across the organization Proficient in Microsoft Access and SharePoint
