  We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Tactical Communications Group (TCG) in Tewksbury!

  Your Challenge

  You will work with sales staff and technical teams to provide support to customers and the sales team to drive revenue and orders growth. You will also follow up on new and existing opportunities while having daily contact with customers and sales representatives.

  Tasks include creating and maintaining forecasts in CRM based on information secured from customer and sales staff.

  Maintaining CRM including contact/customer information, detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status

  Qualifying and following up with leads and coordinating responses with the local channel partners and/or sales managers

  Supporting the sales team with customer requirements including setting up visits to clients and arranging meetings.

  Supporting responses to customer requests such as requests for data sheets, certs & reps completion, RFQ responses, etc.

  Issuing quotes, especially for Product Support renewals, and maintain opportunity in CRM throughout its lifecycle through follow ups with customers.

  What You Bring

  5+ years professional experience in inside sales or a similar role

  Demonstrated proficiency with the MS Office suite of tools (Word & Excel & Power Point).

  An entrepreneurial spirit, a thirst for knowledge and a track record of providing excellent customer service.

  Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

  Demonstrated time management and organizational skills as well as a comfort navigating ambiguating.

  Preferred:

  Technology background and/or Aerospace and Defense industry experience.

  Previous experience with CRM systems.
