Job Description
We are seeking engineering assistants with RF experience for our 4th shift, Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm. Come support various programs in our Hudson N.H.'s SEAS Factory using your skills in manufacturing. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing team environment that supports exciting Maritime and SIGNINT defense Technologies.
Performing manual and automated testing on RF products including RFDs, SPUs, lower level assemblies, and cables
Setting up test equipment and executing tests following detailed test procedures, processes, and drawings.
Completing test data records.
Documenting non-conformances and failures in our production software (Solumina, TipQA) and assisting in driving failures to closure
Adjusting and calibration systems as needed.
Correcting malfunctions by making adjustments as needed
Using hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.
Drive continuous improvement and sustain a complaint work environment
Lifting up to 50lbs.
Long Periods of sitting and or standing.
Good manual dexterity requiring the use of both hands.
Visual acuity or correctable vision, color vision.
Selected Candidate(s) would be trained on 1st shift (Mon-Thur.) for approx. 5-7 months prior to moving to the 4th shift position (Fri.-Sun.) 36 hrs./paid for 40! 10% off-shift pay differential included and offered during 1st shift training period!
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
At least 5 years of test technician experience.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, mechanic drawings, and schematic diagrams.
Experience with RF test equipment including powers meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Effective communication and team work.
Ability to follow ESD, FOD, and other factory mandated compliance requirements.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Manual RF test experience
RF debug Experience
A degree or certification in Electrical engineering/Electronic Technology/Electronic Technician/Industrial Electronics/ RF Technology
Computer Literacy (LINUX)
Understanding requirement of Engineering Charge Orders and Cut-Ins
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72380 - $115830
