Overview

　　To provide direct marketing of Paychex Agency Insurance products and services through effective telesales techniques.

　　Responsibilities

　　Work from home EST & CST time zones onlyGenerate sales revenue to meet or exceed sales quota by contacting prospect base and utilizing effective telesales methods to qualify insurance and human resource needs.Applies knowledge of Paychex Agency Insurance products and services to effectively interest prospects and clients.Performs insurance needs and analysis for prospects and clients to provide solutions to insurance and benefits needs.Writes up and processes sales contracts in a professional manner and in accordance with HRS operation guidelines.Performs underwriting of business risks in accordance with insurance carrier guidelines.All other duties as assigned by management.

　　Qualifications

　　Associate's Degree - Preferred1 year of experience in Sales.

　　Compensation

　　In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $17.79/hr + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
