JobDescription The Product Testing Inside Sales, Project Manager (ISPM)isresponsible for assisting on site and market-specific marketingcampaigns, relevant content generation, reviewing, qualifying,responding to, and quoting incoming leads, in addition tocollaboratively sharing, leads with other quoters, project managers,Project Team across pertinent CUS043 lab sites (WI, IN, PA, NC, CA). Inaddition, the ISPM is responsible for assisting Client Service team withcommunication between the performing (sub-contract) laboratories andclients to ensure expectations are met, assists clients in submittingneeded information, managing sample receipt and registration, and otheractivities as needed to maintain good client relations. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities: * Primary responsibility to coordinate outsourcedtesting, drafting reports to clients, ensuring quoted timelines,delibverables are met. * For select clients receiving, responding, andquoting incoming leads, in addition to delegating and distributingnecessary leads to other CUS043 Team members . In addition, Generalclerical duties such as answering phones, processing mail, greetingclients, etc. will apply as needed. * Enter and Update Leads in CRM *Manage client onboarding and ensure payment (pre-payment required inmost cases) * Assist with project based client registration needs toensure smooth flow into laboratory.
