　　Under the general direction of the Chief Technology Officer, theInfrastructure Senior Manager manages and coordinates the informationsystems that will adequately support the organizations enterpriseinfrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects tomeet company and client needs. Determines current and future enterpriseinfrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure designto handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures tomaintain, enhance, and secure an organizations technologyinfrastructure. Responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure thehighest level of infrastructure performance.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides IT infrastructure and/or application infrastructure lifecycletechnical support, including planning, project management, installation,on-going management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de-installation,following operational policies and processes that are compliant withindustry standards

　　End-to-end service infrastructure availability, including management ofincidents, problems and change

　　Management of processes to ensure that infrastructure demand profilesare developed and maintained and are used to feed into IT Capacityplanning processes to ensure that IT equipment and capacity is madeavailable

　　Serve as intermediary between Infrastructure / Operations teams,infrastructure providers, and business units, managing both on-preminfrastructure and cloud services

　　Provide expertise for IT infrastructure, including optimizing cloudutilization and leveraging cloud capabilities, and migrating legacyinfrastructure to cloud where appropriate

　　Lead the efforts to install, support and maintain all convergedinfrastructure as described by company and departmental policies andstandards

　　Manage infrastructure tasks from cross-functional infrastructure andoperations projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas

　　Building partnerships across Application Development, QA, InfrastructureServices and Project Managers to sustain healthy communication and acooperative approach to prioritizing, scheduling and completing workassignments

　　Provide overall project management for infrastructure projects,including tracking project milestones and adjust the project plans tomeet needs dictated by IT infrastructure priorities

　　Areas of Infrastructure include: IT Hardware, Servers (Prem/Azure),Office 365, VDI, SQL Servers, Active Directory, Security

　　Requirements:

　　3 years in a similar infrastructure leader role

　　Familiarity with Server and Service Technologies, especially theMicrosoft Tech Stack, and Cloud architectures (Azure experience a plus),but also broad enough to balance that with other technologies, such asopen source

　　Be a functional manager, being a part of the solutioning as well as ableto lead the team to the correct place

　　Understands cost elements that are included in a project budget thatmake up the business case

　　Excellent communication skills
