　　Today, we are recruiting for a Temporary Operation Team (TOT) Interface Engineer to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

　　What are my responsibilities?

　　Interact with the technical teams involved in the E-HSR project and address any technical queries for the TOT team.

　　Liaise with the System Engineering and Testing & Commissioning team and all internal and external technical LOTs with the support of the TOT team.

　　Support the TOT team in defining the test boundaries and the needed protective measures.

　　Provide the TOT team with the latest technical drawings and documentation.

　　Coordinate with the TOT manager to ensure availability of the train and staff for approved works.

　　Follow up on the TOT activities.

　　Attend the weekly site work and TOT activity meetings.

　　Ensure that all processing of construction, installation, testing, and commissioning work planning, authorization to work applications, and access requests discussed in weekly meetings are aligned with site strategy to maximize site work efficiency with train movements for operations and testing application schedule.

　　Clarify with the LOTs any changes or alterations to the work applications or train movement requests for operation and testing.

　　Promote and implement the rules and procedures outlined in the track possession process, construction & commissioning rulebook, and commissioning manual.

　　Coordinate with the customer service and DWE team to ensure the availability of the required resources in case maintenance support is required.

　　Write concise and accurate planning reports along with consolidating site incident reports and all communication logs during the implementation of the site incident response procedure.

　　Build and maintain a good and effective communication network with all involved internal and external parties.

　　What do I need to qualify for this job?

　　Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent.

　　Preferably 5 - 8 years of experience in Railway or Metro projects (preferably High Speed)

　　Experience in the execution of Railway projects with interface management involvement

　　Knowledge in Construction & Commissioning Railway Management

　　Knowledge of railway and temporary operations is preferable

　　Good knowledge of MS Office application

　　Excellent communication and logical thinking skills with safety focused and self-starter attitude

　　Fluency in English both written and spoken
