Position Type: Full-Time, Salary + Commission

Location: Portland, OR

Wage Scale: $68,000-$80,000 + Uncapped Commission

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Potential to make well over $100K in commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide expert knowledge and support to customers

Generate new clients and cultivate sales

Build strong working relationships with all customers through communication and follow through

Prepare accurate bids and quotes for customers

Ensure department meets or exceeds sales goals

Continuous follow up with customers

Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years retail/showroom sales experience preferably in a construction related field

Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.

Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations,

Must be able communicate and negotiate through verbal and written communication.

Valid OR Driver’s License
