　　The ServiceNow Data Platform powers enterprise solution experiences across our global cloud and hundreds of thousands of customer instances, delivering a scalable data foundation and automation services for the NOW Platform. Come join the Data Platform team and work with a world-class engineering team to provide rock-solid reliability and reimagine the data and orchestration framework for our rapidly growing platform and cloud infrastructure.

　　What you get to do in this role :

　　Help shape product vision and drive investments in our data management experiences for internal and external audiences.

　　Determine and drive roadmap priorities, establish and assess KPIs focused on data utilization and health.

　　Work with multiple internal engineering teams to define and deliver new product capabilities based on target personas.

　　Collaborate with key partners to drive adoption of new services.

　　Facilitate end-to-end delivery of key initiatives to improve our data management infrastructure.

　　This role includes regular external customer engagement opportunities as part of a high-impact, customer-centric environment with a highly collaborative team.

　　To be successful in this role you have:

　　8+ years of experience in product management focused on enterprise cloud solutions

　　3 plus years’ experience in a SaaS company and/or data platform technology space

　　Strong experience in scoping and defining requirements for cloud solution architectures

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to work as part of a distributed global team

　　Exposure to distributed computing and database technologies like Containers, Kubernetes, Postgres, S3, or similar open-source offerings will be an advantage.

　　Familiarity with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

　　Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience in development, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering
