　　Caregiver Responsibilities:

　　Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activitiesincluding dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medicationreminders, running errands, laundry, and light housekeeping

　　Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care,feeding and other services

　　Provides transportation to doctors appointments, errands, etc.

　　Caregiver Requirements:

　　Companionship and/or Personal Care experience, preferred

　　A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others

　　Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel withinPhoenix / Maricopa County

　　Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration, and valid AZDrivers License

　　Ability to pass background checks and work-related references

　　Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal CareAssistant, or similar positions is preferred but not required

　　Must be available for weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

　　Must be available for mornings

　　Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
