The technician will gain hands-on, team-based industry experience working withpea, bean, and sweet corn breeding programs. Responsibilities: Growand carefor plants in the greenhouse/field Sweet corn nursery pollination Assistwith field trial planting preparation and harvest Data collection, data entry, and data evaluation Quality control Seed inventory management Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness and ability to function in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Willingness to follow proper research procedures. Background in Agriculture preferred.
