We are looking for an expert in IS implementation to work with WMS, TMS, YMS and time & attendance systems etc.

　　Your Role

　　In this role, you will be part of a team of six people, reporting to the Head of Project Delivery for Contract Logistics IS in the UK. You will manage projects to build and implement information systems to support the UK Contract Logistics operations. You will create, build and manage cross-functional delivery teams, and work together with our operational colleagues and customers, ensuring a seamless transition to new technology platforms.The candidate must be prepared to undergo UK Security Clearance.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Generating project initiation documents, agreeing success criteria and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are on board and in agreement with the project goals and delivery design

　　Manage projects to deliver IS solutions effectively, to defined time cost and quality parameters

　　Ensuring the solution design and configuration will support effective delivery of our operational commitments, and securing stakeholder buy in across the business

　　Securing quality assurance from subject matter experts for the project output and collateral, including the delivery documentation such as solution designs, process maps, business requirements

　　Generating project management collateral in line with Kuehne + Nagel UK standards, and generating and delivering accurate, targeted reports in line with the Contract Logistics IS drum beat

　　Confirming that the project testing proposed and executed is in line with operational needs and adequately ensures a seamless transition for the business

　　Working closely with Business Change manager to identify and manage out go live risks, and add value

　　Actively seek feedback across your stakeholder network to support professional development and growth, and opportunities for process or delivery improvements

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　Several years’ solid Project Management experience in a 3PL or other logistics environment

　　An interest in, and aptitude for, information systems

　　Superlative communication skills in English

　　Demonstrable success in leading geographically diverse delivery teams

　　Ability and willingness to travel across and within the UK

　　Distinct analytical thinking and robust problem solving skills

　　Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, a positive working attitude and is a team player

　　Keeps calm and solution oriented also when under pressure #LI-KP1
