　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Cleans all pots, pans, dishes, flatware and inserts.Returns all cleaned items to their proper storage areas.Cleans and sanitizes food carts.Breaks down boxes for recycling and removes all garbage to dumpster area.Mops floors in kitchen and cafe as scheduled.Follows established safety regulations at all times and reports any unsafe conditions tosupervisors. Follows clean as you go policy.Understands uses of chemicals and cleaning agents.Performs weekly cleaning schedule.All other duties as assigned.
