Description:

　　This is a highly automated process including PLCs, Robotics, Conveyors and pneumatic assembly machines.

　　Their maintenance techs are multi skilled, and they will ask them to do electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Mechanical troubleshooting includes: hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and motors.

　　Electrically, they do hookup to PLCs with laptops. Need to be able to read ladder logic. Will also troubleshoot robotics.

　　They will also be asked to machine and fabricate jigs and fixtures, so machining and welding experience is a plus.

　　PLCs = Allen Bradley Control Logix and Siemens

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting

　　Electrical troubleshooting

　　2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
