Position Summary:

As a nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Addressing the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs is crucial. Effective communication with the healthcare team about patient condition changes is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

· Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing is required. From an accredited school is required.

· You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.

· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.

· A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.

· 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
