As an Industrial Engineer Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, you will take a hands-on approach to help plan the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations. Projects in which an intern will participate will vary, depending on education level and plant, but will model the duties below to the extent possible.

　　Summary of Responsibilities:

　　Assist in studying job descriptions and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and identify areas of duplication.

　　Assist with work measurement programs and perform time work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.

　　Assist with analyzing work force utilization, facility layout and operational data, such as, production costs process flow charts, and production schedules.

　　Various other tasks as needed

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Industrial Engineering or other related technical degree

　　Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2024
