Where the chemistry happens…

The TES Manager provides leadership, direction, and focus for the maintenance and project groups at the Attapulgus site. This individual will be responsible for all maintenance, reliability engineering, process control systems, inventory stores, contractor services, and capital investment activities for the site.

As a Technology Engineering Services Manager, You Create Chemistry By...

Ensuring that all activities within the maintenance and engineering organization are aligned with and supportive of the site's Journey to EHS Excellence.

Managing maintenance, planning, reliability engineering, process control system, and stores activities as well as managing andxecuting capital projects.

Participating in and implementing MOCs, Process Safety Management processes as required and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Coordinating with operations to accomplish tasks while minimizing disruption to production and monitoring root cause failure analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Leading maintenance/engineering efforts for continuous improvement.

Managing and develop the annual maintenance budget, as well as oversee the development and management of the capital plan and budget. Also identifing and implementing cost savings and reliability improvement projects.

Developing and implementing maintenance skills training.

If you have...

Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Other technical degrees with relevant maintenance management experience will be considered.

10 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 to 10 years supervisory experience.

Experience in maintenance and project engineering as well as Process Safety Management program/requirements preferred.

Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Ability to work independently under broad goals and objectives with minimal guidance. Also, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills with focus on relationship building. We are looking for strong interpersonal skills. Experience in union environment a plus.

Familiar with SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD, other CMMS and BASF web-based applications preferred.
