Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Business Operations Manager (BOM) in the Real Estate Business Line Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will develop the REBL operating budget and tracking financial execution. You will prepare program/project financial execution analysis. You will engage information management to include databases, spreadsheets, etc. You will lead continuous process improvement initiatives. You will track and train support of the REBL community. You will conduct program reviews. You will develop plans that, from a business perspective, ensure the efficient and effective delivery of RE products and services. You will deliver general administrative support. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing budget analysis to and or include formulation, justification, presentation, and/or execution of the team budget; 2) Reviewing budget, and accounting transactions; 3) Analyzing productivity, workload and program accomplishments; and 4) Preparing and or presenting briefings on the execution plan to senior leadership.
