The Industrial Engineer will utilize enterprise standards to leadprocess improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures andprocess documentation related to continuous improvement directivesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible coordinating thesuccessful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operationsContribute to facility transformation, technology transfer and ongoingmaintenance of mixed model lines or value streams. Ensure ongoingsuccess of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies,procedures and process documentation. Implement demand driven principalsand strategies that supports operational excellence and long rangeplans. (Flexibility, Speed & Responsiveness) Ensure product, materialand information streams flow and are synchronized to produce maximumefficiencies and lowest cost of operation. Contribute to creation ofinnovative ideas to improve business results. Deploy standard Generactools, methodologies, standards, practices and processes. Implementobjectives to include continuous improvement initiatives to achievecustomer satisfaction and fulfillment needs. Work closely with shopfloor personnel to promote ongoing Continuous Improvement ofmanufacturing methods, systems and controls. Responsible for arealayouts, process definition, and equipment justification, selection, andimplementation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree inEngineering or Industrial Technology and 1-3 years related experience inthe Engineering function within a similar working environment.Additional Qualifications: Experience in CAD (AutoCAD, Solid Worksand/or ProE); Experience with CREO Excellent organizational, written andoral communication skills; Knowledge of lean principles and processimprovements; Diverse skills and experience leading projects; Experiencecollaborating cross-functionally to achieve desired results; Experienceoperating in high mix, low volume and high volume, low mix productionenvironments; Demonstrated skills in problem solving and conflictresolution; Proven track record of successfully managing shiftingdeadlines and priorities in a fast paced environment.
