DescriptionApplied Research Solutions is seeking a remote part-time Senior Equipment Specialist to support Robins Air Force Base, GA. The Senior Equipment Specialist's primary function will be to support all aspects of design, test, production, procurement, supply, operation, repair, or disposal of equipment while supporting the Agile Combat Support Directorate (ACS).Responsibilities include:Provide technical inputs for the maintenance, operation, sustainment, and training related to complex and sophisticated systems of equipment.Provide systems, subsystems, and support equipment advice and recommendations.Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the TOs.Provide assistance in ensuring accuracy, adequacy, modification, classification, and review of TO procedures, engineering data, and related technical contents of these TOs.Provide technical assistance for the modification and configuration control of assigned systems.Provide support to the System Engineer to maintain configuration management.Assist the System Engineer during functional configuration audit (FCA) and physical configuration audit (PCA) to validate completion of the development or modification effort.Assist in management of the software pertaining to the equipment as a CPIN for distribution and CM control purposes.Provide support to the provisioning process and SERD submissions.Assist in the collection and monitoring of maintenance data through the Reliability & Maintenance Program.Other duties as assignedQualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:Must be a US Citizen10 Years' relevant experienceBachelors degree or betterActive DoD Secret or ability to obtain/maintainAll positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
