Indirect Spend Buyer/ Contracts Specialist

　　Joinour team now at Siemens Healthineers as the Indirect spend Buyer . The role is based at our manufacturing site in Swords,Co Dublin, Ireland. You will work as part of the Procurement team, supportingall functions on site.

　　This is a rolewell suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in theircareer. As the Indirect spend Buyer you will:

　　· Responsiblefor competitive indirect materials spend on the site.

　　· Managetenders, RFPs, RFQs and negotiations for indirect spend projects and generalsite expenses (facilities, services, consumables, freight).

　　· Commercialsupport for infrastructure, CAPEX and other major indirect spend. Negotiations, commercial terms, and contracts.

　　· Ensurethat the indirect procurement process is user friendly, effective, efficient,and compliant. Maintain relativepurchasing and compliance data in SAP or SharePoint systems.

　　· Leadmajor cross functional projects on behalf of Operational Procurement.

　　· Participatein continuous improvement and cost reduction projects and process improvementsacross the supply chain.

　　· Regularreviews, KPIs and QBRs for the major indirect spend suppliers.

　　· Contractscompliance for the site.

　　Capable ofnegotiating with and influencing suppliers to deliver business results.

　　Excellentoral communications, business writing skills and presentation skills.

　　Requirementsto succeed in this role.

　　Batchelor’s degree in Business,Procurement, Logistics, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a relateddiscipline(QQI level 8).

　　Minimum of 5 years professional experiencewithin Procurement.

　　Experience in negotiating commercialcontracts and tenders for the supply of indirect materials, services, orstandalone projects.

　　Experience in Supplier performancemanagement.

　　Strong analytical capability to driveimprovement projects.

　　Ability to interact with andinfluence suppliers at a senior management level, to manage escalations.
