　　Location: Middletown, NY

　　Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

　　Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40hrs) NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

　　Job Description:

　　In this role you will:

　　Provide individualized pre-vocational services to MR/DD population by,

　　Assist clients to achieve valued outcomes

　　Arrange individual and group activities to aid clients to achieve service goals

　　Daily documentation of services provided according to OMRDD regulations

　　Provide monthly summary of client progress according to OMRDD regulations

　　Record attendance and time in/time out of program

　　Responsible for coordinating down time activities

　　Qualifications:

　　Experience with I/DD population

　　Bilingual English Spanish speak is a plus

　　Valid Driver's License
