Job Title - Senior BI Developer (MicroStrategy/Tableau Developer)

　　Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (3 days onsite per week)

　　Position Summary:

　　We are looking for a candidate who's expert in creating, maintaining and supporting MicroStrategy/Tableau Projects, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and SQL Scripts, ETL routines to support Enterprise Business Intelligence projects. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization; and possess a winning attitude and strong team player mindset.

　　PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

　　Experience and in-depth knowledge of MicroStrategy/Tableau Business Intelligence Architect (version 2021 or later), including Project creation and maintenance, report design, dashboard design, Visual Insights/Dossier, and Hyperintelligence.

　　Experience and skill in building and maintaining OLAP style Data Warehouses to support Enterprise Business Intelligence reporting tools.

　　Experience and skill in writing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL language.

　　Experience and demonstrated technical innovation, strong understanding of databases, and detailed knowledge of and experience with technical modelling.

　　Experience with and knowledge of current computer technology.

　　Experience and strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, Oracle Functions, partitioning.

　　Experience with data modeling, creating logical and physical data models

　　Develop MicroStrategy/Tableau reports, dashboards, and mobile applications according to project requirements

　　Plan projects, monitor progress, and report development and implementation status to management using project management tools and reporting systems

　　Assist with the creation of documentation of functional requirements for business systems applications, including budget development, planning, and monitoring processes

　　Analyze, develop, and evaluate data in a Data Lake and Data Warehouse environment including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation

　　Perform the translation of functional specifications into detailed technical systems designs

　　Work with System Administrators, Database Administrators, Business Analyst and the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence to test and tune development efforts.

　　Ensure current and future systems that are planned, developed or procured meet Board standards and are compatible.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

　　Experience with Snowflake Cloud Database.

　　Experience with Oracle Database.

　　Experience working with API data to MicroStrategy/Tableau.

　　Knowledge of current computer technology.

　　Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization.

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.

　　Winning attitude and strong team player mindset.

　　REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

　　Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.

　　MicroStrategy/Tableau Developer Certification

　　Knowledge of Snowflake Cloud Database

　　Knowledge of Oracle Database Prior experience working with API data to MicroStrategy/Tableau

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization

　　Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.

　　Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.

　　Ability to pass a medical physical.

　　Ability to pass a security check.

　　Possess a valid Texas driver's license.

　　Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

　　Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.

　　Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.
