Key Responsibilities:

An expert with in-depth hands-on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client.

Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.

Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Onedrive, Zoom and Webex.

Knowledge of Experience management and Desktop engineering.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.

An expert with in-depth hands-on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client: Application packaging, Desktop engineering, Webex, Zoom, L3 exposure for Application packaging, Desktop engineering, Webex, Zoom, Digital Signage

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of work experience

Experience with JAMF is a must

In-depth hands on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client.

IT Infrastructure Operations Support

HS Diploma / GED
