Work You'll Do

As a UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Configuration and Testing Project Delivery Specialist, you will:

Lead the configuration and testing support for UKG Pro WFM implementations

Implement UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and have familiarity with the Boomi integration layer

Work in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project or workstream including business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing

Work with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings

Identify project issues and recommend viable solutions

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of consulting or industry experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) solutions

Knowledge of UKG WFM integration functionalities, configurations, and best practices

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM Certified

Familiarity with the Boomi integrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,000 to $181,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
