  Overview

  As the Implementation Consultant, this candidate will lead future client implementation onboarding, change of ownership projects, as well as pharmacy and facility move projects. The candidate will create and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

  This is a remote position, with the potential of 10% travel. Applicants can reside any where within the continental USA, preferrably in the easter or central time zone.

  The ideal candidate will be highly organized, forward thinking, confident communicator, and take a proactive problem-solving approach.

  Responsibilities

  Responsible for all activities related to future customer implementation projects, change of ownership projects, as well as pharmacy and facility move projects

  Coordinates additional products or services to existing customers relevant to the customer transition process

  Use discretion and judgment to communicate service component needs with each service area involved in the implementation; external customer, Customer Field Service, IV, Clinical Consulting, Clinical HUB and any other services as requested to ensure timely notification and set up

  Creates and coordinates implementation timelines and agendas

  Responsible for organizing/storing all documentation for customer implementation on Share Point Site

  Creates customer specific documentation per department standards

  Maintains complete and accurate records for all projects assigned per department standards

  Schedules and host internal/external project calls; which requires active listening and on the spot problem solving to analyze, interpret or make deductions from varying facts or circumstances

  Performs pre and post implementation assessment, document and provide feedback which drives process improvements

  Investigates, escalate, and resolve matters related to project quality assurance

  Provides metrics of all activities involved in the assigned project

  Uses advanced knowledge of pharmacy standards to proactively identify any roadblocks for deliverables

  Performs all other related duties as required

  Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards

  Qualifications

  High School graduate, GED or equivalent experience, Evidence supporting ability to learn and adapt to changes in processes and environment

  2-3 years customer service experience or pharmacy technician or project coordination required

  Pharmacy or customer service experience. Preferred experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy setting desired

  Valid driver’s license

  Ability to professionally communicate contracted customer goals and directives to defined team members; Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; Technologically savvy; Intermediate or above computer skills; Familiarity with managing with metrics required

  Multi-tasking, Project Management, Analytical skills, Written and oral communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Planning and organizational skills, Problem solving skills required

  Salary Range

  USD $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 / Year
