　　Our Procurement team is embarking on an exciting journey as we are recruiting new talent to oversee the implementation of the global strategy and operational activities pertaining to the Nutrition-Beverages portfolios within ID market as well as contribute to the ID business for value improvement ideation, analytics, and driving efficiencies & key projects in the market.

　　This is a procurement portfolio role with full extension of handling collaborative manufacturing part where, understanding of raw materials, supplier landscape, logistic, cost models, and manufacturing process will be utmost important to help businesses grow & also stay profitable. Regenerative Agriculture is also key agenda in this role.

　　What can you expect from the role?

　　Create and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies for Fruits Puree/Concentrate and other Juice Raw Material, and Collaborative Manufacturing sourcing in line with Unilever’s portfolio & Collaborative Manufacturing strategies to deliver savings, innovations, and sustainability.

　　Support procurement strategy execution and reporting of all key initiatives including cost-effective programs – 5S initiatives, buying productivity & advantage, Net Material Cost Impact mitigation.

　　Ensure competitive buying through thorough cost model analysis, benchmarking, and execution of buying strategy (i.e. e-tender)

　　Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with suppliers, ensuring products are delivered at agreed quality and service and with compliance to Unilever’s responsible sourcing.

　　Lead buying/supply resilience initiatives and co-drive specs optimization/sustainability projects with R&D

　　Develop supplier base and resiliency for Raw Materials and Collaborative Manufacturing

　　Understand market trends and provide a reliable and accurate price trend forecast that is clearly communicated to BG and BU stakeholders.

　　Support category strategies and work closely with cross functional teams (Planning, Sourcing Unit, R&D and Marketing) to deliver key projects.

　　Handle procurement-related day-to-day activities under his/her scope to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

　　Collaborative Manufacturing management includes Conversion cost analysis and benchmarking.

　　Procurement professional with at least 3 years of experience across procurement operations & buying.

　　Having background of Collaborative manufacturing is preferred.

　　Expertise in buying preferably in commodities & hardcore buying skills.

　　Experience in supplier development and source localization, preferably in commodities.

　　Good understanding of Sustainability, regenerative Agriculture, supply chain knowledge, and processing technologies

　　Strong Negotiation & communications skills

　　Digital and analytics knowledge
