Job Posting: Service Coordinator

Position Description
Develop monthly, weekly and daily work schedules for Service Technicians to assure customer commitments are met. Dispatches Service Technicians to meet the schedule making modifications on an on-going basis as new service requests are received. Provide support to assure a timely flow of all materials, tools, test equipment and paperwork to all Service Technicians to fulfill customer requirements. Make sure all accounting needs are met & work as a team with all other associate personnel to assure a successful branch operation.
As a service coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
Taking Service calls (average 50 per day)
Scheduling and dispatching technicians daily, weekly, monthly
Working with customer websites to check in & check out
Forecasting technicians' schedules for Preventative Maintenance
Running reports to review jobs & statuses
Maintaining various spreadsheets
Modifying schedules on an on-going basis as new service requests are received
Communicating through emails daily
Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
Hours Mon- Friday 6:30am-3:30am (some overtime may be required)

Qualifications
The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong typing skills (60 wpm)
HVAC/dispatch experience preferred
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Professional appearance
