　　Who are we looking for? We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team; an individual who is enthusiastic about maintaining the built environment and its core building systems. The selected individual will be reporting intoone of two Facilities Plant Engineering Supervisors, at the Hudson, NH Facility located at 65 River Road,where they ll be working alongside skilled tradespersons tasked with the maintenance and repair of building systems spanning across various space types (Engineering and environmental labs, manufacturing floors, office space, electrical and mechanical rooms, etc.).The selected candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.

　　Specific Responsibilities:

　　Installs, services, troubleshoots, modifies, rebuilds, and repairs air-conditioning, refrigeration, pumps, fans and heating systems and equipment in an industrial or commercial establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.

　　Executes maintenance program work orders to prevent failure of such equipment.

　　Charges air-conditioning systems with refrigerant and tests for leaks.

　　Sets and adjusts controls and regulators.

　　Fabricates, assembles, and installs ductwork.

　　Will utilize a centralized BAS computer systems and make program and temperature corrections. Typically requires completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.

　　This job will work a 9/80 schedule with a 6:00AM start time.

　　BAE Systems offers tuition reimbursement (I.E., licenses, future licensing). One example could be for NH gas licensing. BAE also offers reimbursement for trainings, continuing education and apprenticeships.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Requires a High School/Trade schooldiploma or equivalent and completion of at least 60% of a recognized Certificate program in HVAC (complete program will involve 984 hours of classroom training). An EPA Certification (Class III) for the proper use of refrigerants and minimum of (3) years of commercial / industrial experience in the HVAC trade is required.Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $62810 - $100540

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
