HVAC ENGINEER

　　Job Description:

　　Actalent is currently hiring an HVAC Engineer to support a reputable Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, and Construction Services firm in Columbus, OH.

　　As the HVAC Engineer you will predominantly be designing HVAC systems for large commercial buildings (prisons, municipality buildings, government buildings, etc.) within Revit. The HVAC design will include incorporating boilers and other complex cold/water heating outlets. You will also be responsible for interacting with the client on a regular basis and carrying a project through all phases with minimal supervision. Interacting with contractors and external consultants to create a uniform design for the client is also required.

　　Skills & Qualifications Needed:

　　Bachelor's In Mechanical Engineering

　　Licensed Engineer

　　+8 years of experience within HVAC design in Revit and designing HVAC systems with boilers, chiller, etc.

　　Project experience must be from large commercial buildings & not from retail rollout

　　Must be able to run with HVAC project on your own
