　　Our Application Technicians provide service to residential or commercialclient properties in a timely, safe manner, using hand and poweredequipment to apply products to treat our customers lawns. Every day onthe job will bring exciting new challenges as you use your specializedskills to perform soil analysis, control insects, diseases, andunsightly weeds. Application Technicians educate homeowners on properlawn maintenance, advise on lawn, and landscape problems, and determineappropriate solutions for their unique needs. They use expert knowledgeto sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers thatresult in growth of our clientele. Our Technicians display strongcommunication skills when providing customers with product / serviceinformation and when resolving customer concerns onsite.

　　Experience is great, but we also train people to do what we love. Wewill teach you everything you need to know to succeed! You will receiveguidance and plenty of support from our talented, super-smart colleaguesand leadership team.

　　The starting wage for this position is \$14.50 - \$15.50 per hour.Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is afull-time hourly, non-exempt position.
