　　Are you a self-starter looking to start a career? Robert Half currently has an opening for a Human Resources Assistant to join their staff. This self-starting Human Resources Assistant will be in charge of a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This long-term contract / temporary employment is with a company based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

　　Oversee office and administrative tasks

　　Update employee database logs

　　Requirements - Administrative experience experience highly desired

　　Strong familiarity with Clerical Duties

　　Provide Clerical Support experience

　　Benefits coordination experience required

　　Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

　　Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

　　Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

　　Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills
