　　Hours and Benefits for the Director of Human Resources:

　　$90,000 to $100,000 a year based on experience level

　　In Office (70%) / In Field (30%)

　　401(k) Employer Match (3%) + Profit Sharing (Additional 7-10%)

　　PTO, plus standard holidays

　　Responsibilities for the Director of Human Resources:

　　Carry out all levels of recruitment including advertising, interviewing and attending job fairs

　　Develop a formalized onboarding & orientation program

　　Evaluate current benefits offered and recommend improvements, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention

　　Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use

　　Requirements for the Director of Human Resources:

　　5+ years' experience in the Human Resources or related field

　　Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

　　SHRM-SCP a plus

　　Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills
