PRIMARY FUNCTION Managethe scope, schedule and budget for client projects. Act as main point ofcontact for internal project team, client team; and third-party productand service partners. Request, analyze and negotiate 3rd party laborbids in markets across the nation. Provide direction and guidance toother labor trades (cabling, electrical, etc.). Successfully lead andmanage projects to continuously deliver upon agreed expectations whichinclude managing costs and resources and minimizing errors. Increaserevenue by identifying opportunities to sell services with clients.Communicate project status, issues, and other relevant information withinternal and external stakeholders including Sr. Management.
