Description Customer Service Representative!!

　　We are looking to hire a strong Customer Service Representative for an established and thriving global logistics company in Aurora. This is a temporary to hire role that will get started beginning of October.

　　As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

　　-Communicating with high profile clients via email (80%) and over the phone (20%)

　　-Helping customers with shipments and order fulfillment

　　-Putting and entering in new orders and updating existing orders as necessary

　　-Shipping orders via FedEx in a timely manner and coordinating with the warehouse team

　　-Allocating inventory and keeping spreadsheets up to date

　　What we are looking for:

　　-Experience communicating via email in a professional setting

　　Superb customer service skills

　　Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
