Join us as an HRIS Analyst to help craftsophisticated Workday reports to support our growth as North America\'stop distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!Position Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of report developmentfrom initial solutioning to deployment, including communication andtraining. Collaborate with users to understand and document requirementsto deliver recurring, self-service and special request reporting.Educate users on reporting capabilities and continuously seek reportingenhancements to support evolving requirements. Build dashboards andvisualizations using matrix and composite reports. Identify and solvecomplex business problems using advanced Workday reporting tools likePrism, BIRT and composite reporting. Act as liaison between HumanResources and departments that use HR data in everyday operations.Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 2+ years of Workday reportingexperience. Prism and BIRT experience preferred. Excellent communicationskills.
