Key Responsibilities
Performed as Subject matter expert to supervise a range of HR processes including but not limited to
• Onboarding Management
• Probation Management
• Exit management
• Leave management
• Transfer and Internal Mobilization
• Verification Letter Management
• HR System Management
• Drive for process excellence through innovation and process enhancement
• Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and counterparts and collaborate effectively
• Ensure SLA and Operational requirements are met
• Understand the level of risk and propose process control plans to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Coach team members and advice on procedures updates
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding English communication skills in speaking and writing
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Workday system and MS Office
• Flexibility and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5 years+ experience in HR
• Quick Learner and Strong Customer Focus
