Home health Aide, UHS Home Care Ideal United Health Services is seeking a Home health Aide to join our Resident Hlth Care Fac 06 department at UHS Home Care Ideal in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

　　Overview

　　Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care.

　　Education/ExperienceMinimum Required:

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent.Preferred:

　　Experience as a certified Home Health Aide desirable.License/Certification

　　Minimum Required:
