We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with expertise in sourcing for accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, particularly in leveraging Workday software for talent acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complex landscape of financial services while attracting top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a contract/contract to hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates for accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry.

Partner Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand position requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and facilitate the recruitment process.

Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills assessments, to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.

Workday Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday software, leveraging its capabilities to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and generate insightful reports.

Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships and serving as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to report on-site and comfortability fulfilling a contract assignment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry.

Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using a variety of methods and tools, with a strong preference for experience with Workday software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
