Job Overview
In this role, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all employee queries within Balkan GBS. You will be working closely with local HR Teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards), Finance and Control Team, outsourcer Payroll Team and local authorities to deliver the smooth execution of HR service and payroll calculations for employees of the organization.
Responsibilities
Ensure high level support of our Serbian employees with day-to-day HR transactions and queries: document preparation, system update, benefits, POs, Special Assignments, moving policy, answering questions, etc;Maintain correct data of the employees in the HR systems;Benefits - maintain, update, and send to insurance provider employee data required for obtaining insurance care & coverage offered by the company;Vendor creations in the system;Create reports and excel summaries for HR department;Identify service delivery and process improvement opportunities;Point of contact for stakeholders;Preparation/ update of procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR Operations in Shared Services environment; Related education will be the asset;Fluent Serbian and English;Focus on details and ability to think outside the box searching for solutions;Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work proactively and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment;Knowledge of Office package (Excel, PPT, Outlook);Technical/functional skills & knowledge of HR tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP) would be beneficial;Reliability, autonomy, strong communication skills & "Can do" attitude;"Can do" attitude and a willingness for undertaking challenges.
