We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Officer to contribute to our organization's success. You will be working in our exciting and fabulous Head Office in Sydney responsible for providing day to day support to the HR Business Partner team and wider ANZ HR team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies or proceduresSupport the HR Business Partner team at HO in executing daily activities such as performance management, internal and external recruitment, learning programs, onboarding, core people process and separationsSupport key HR initiatives or projects that focus on Healthy Living benefits, building Site Capability and efficiency, improving Engagement and People ManagementAct as key interface between HR and Payroll to ensure employee changes are actioned end to end in a timely manner in line within Payroll deadlines Maintain accurate HRIS via(myHR) and personnel records by ensuring records are accurate in accordance with HR guidelines for the HO populationProvide support to the broader ANZ HR team for systems and reporting and act as the myHR system SuperUser. Support the HRBP team by providing operational HR information and analysis to identify trends and recommended actions
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a HR Administration/HR Officer roleTertiary Qualification in HR or related discipline (preferable)Excellent Communication SkillsProven ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisationAbility to inspire in others a sense of trust and confidence in the advice provided and ability to deliver outcomesExcellent organisational skills to deliver quality work in a fast paced environmentExperience in behavioural based recruitment techniquesDemonstrated understanding of Awards, National Employment Standards and relevant Legislation and Acts
