  Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.  This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. 

  Responsibilities* Food service, also known on premise selling, will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business for the following customers:  Restaurants, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Workplaces, Recreation and Education accounts.  Candidate will support the Eastern Geography of the North Division. Location around Windsor/Hartford, CT or surrounding geography in New England, PA, Upstate NY & New Jersey.* Responsible for growing volume and NR in wired Geography Distributor accounts.* New business "hunter" partnering with broadline distributor representatives to grow PepsiCo Outlets and drive new business* Execute T2T's/JBP with Distributor Opco's* Close distribution of core SKUs to grow the overall business* Overall volume growth of our key distributor partners.* Collaborate internally with our field team -- FSR's/CM's to ensure Distributor work withs are scheduled in each market and district sales meetings are attended with all follow ups completed* Collaborate with KAM team to deliver best in class food shows and ensure all administration is completed to track new outlets and overall listings* Collaborate with GTM team and field team to assess account support.* Partner and influence bottling operations team to execute distributor selling agenda* Lead beverage sales team working with broadline distributors, selling innovation items* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution* Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions* Analyze Customer information using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities* Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless execution of logistics* Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue

  Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

  Qualifications* A minimum of 5 years of fact-based selling experience* Proven track record of selling accomplishments within CPG* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience* Food Service, distributor sales, beer/wine/liquor or consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred* Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically* This position is limited t persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.* Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time.
