As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing human resources programs and policies. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. Your duties will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and overall HR strategy development.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns or conflicts.
Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues.
Promote a healthy work culture and employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems.
Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Communicate benefit information to employees and assist with any inquiries.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies in line with current employment laws.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
Stay informed about changes in employment legislation.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Support employee development and career growth initiatives.
HR Strategy and Planning:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide input on workforce planning and talent management.
