  Position Summary

  Supporting the WorkDay platform in partnership with the I.T. Department, primary responsibility is the maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensures that WorkDay is meeting the needs of the organization by implementing process flow changes, leading testing, supporting upgrades, and handling vast amounts of data. Creates external push reporting and schedules automatic reports. Designs custom reports and maintain data integrity via audit reporting. Is also the primary support for HR survey creation and analysis.

  Essential Duties

  Maintains the HRIS WorkDay database.

  Supports team member HR record keeping data related to personal information, position, and salary information.

  Supports HR business processes such as benefit enrollment, performance management, and manager self service.

  Lead on testing business processes.

  Partners with the HR Operations team, Finance, and I.T. daily.

  Supports IT and the maintenance of user based and role-based security. Makes sure that security protocols regarding information systems are in place and followed.

  Data reporting and distribution of recurring reporting requirements & ad hoc data reporting requests for the organization.

  Preliminary analysis and presentation of data to leadership in the organization.

  System training as required within the organization for manager & staff self-service.

  Support HR Operations functions as volumes or workloads require.

  Supports HR data administration audits to ensure data integrity.

  Create surveys for organizational initiatives.

  Learn newly acquired platforms and participate in trainings as those programs relate to data and reporting.

  Maintains confidentiality.

  Complies with all organizational policies and practices.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Education and Experience

  Bachelor’s degree.

  Certification in WorkDay preferred.

  5 years of HRIS experience

  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  Strong analytical skills to stay flexible with changing priorities.

  Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.

  Self-motivated learner who can ask questions and seek answers independently.

  Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a thorough, clear manner.

  Excellent interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  Highly organized with an emphasis on maintaining focus on the details.

  Ability to work independently with general supervision, but knowing when to involve stakeholders in the process.
