The Bing Ads team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a diverse family of services and components—from Web UI to large-scale distributed data storage, from data analysis pipelines to machine-learning systems, from end user apps to a geographically-scaled real-time ad selection engine that serves billions of requests each and every day.

　　We are looking for a strong engineer to work in the Bing Ads online platform that is responsible for serving Ads to all the partners. This position provides opportunity to design and implement in both online ads serving and offline/nearline data processing and analysis of our big data pipelines.

　　Responsibilities

　　As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing key system components across all stacks of Ads Delivery Engine. You’ll be a part of our talented Engineering team and will work closely with other Ads teams in solving some of our challenging problems while working with the latest technologies to develop innovative solutions and bringing value to our business.

　　Qualifications

　　BS/MS/PhD in CS or related engineering field

　　3+ years in C/C++ product development experience

　　Strong Data Structures, Algorithm fundamental

　　Strong Problem Solving and System Design Skills

　　Passionate, self-motivated
