Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. ('HATCI') is looking for a Recruitment Manager to support full cycle recruiting for its North American Research and Development organization. This role will support HATCI's recruiting strategy and human resources related aspects across the various locations, such as Michigan, California, Georgia, and Alabama. This is a great opportunity includes but not limited to full cycle recruiting, onboarding, time and attendance and payroll processing, and various other human resources generalist activities. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be viewed as a strategic and consultative business partner to acquire the key talents for organization success.Candidates considered for this important role will support and participate with the full of expertise of Talent Acquisition team by learning, understanding, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions by collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Work with other Talent Acquisition team members and human resources department to provide excellent quality services to Managers and candidates.Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:By utilizing recruitment strategy in various ways, it is necessary to attract key talent, clearly understand and proceed with the necessary people by organization and team, and collaborate with recruiters.Proactively manage expectations throughout the hiring process while providing ongoing communication both internally and to the candidate to ensure a positive candidate experienceCultivate relationships across all stakeholder groups to ensure that every step of the hiring process flows smoothly.Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records, while upholding the highest standard for confidentiality and data quality.Perform administrative functions such as purchasing requests, travel requests, vacation requests, and ad hoc reports etc.Responsibilities:Collaborates with and advises hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with solid understanding of talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search.Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomesActively and persistently sources passive talent through LinkedIn and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our rolesEnsures top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycleContinually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics.Drives full-cycle recruiting for various teams: proactively sources, engages, maintains, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
