　　A typical day involves providing direct patient care, developing individualized care plans, and effectively implementing these plans. You play a major role on the healthcare team in delivering exceptional daily care, helping to enhance the quality of life for every resident. Attentively, you document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant standards.

　　You float throughout the unit and jump in to assist wherever you are needed. If any falls or injuries occur, you promptly complete an incident report and take steps to prevent further issues.
