In this roleyou will be responsible for multiple assignments involving financial andeconomic analyses, modeling, and providing recommendations to supporteffective financial planning and decision making. You will develop,prepare, and independently interpret financial plans, budgets, ratereview filing documents and business planning and support analyses. Youalso will lead work with customers to achieve business goals andstrategically and proactively address opportunities and challenges.**This is a hybrid position and will work remotely and report to theCedar Rapids, IA or Madison, WI office. Candidates must reside in eitherIowa or Wisconsin. Responsibilities: * Interprets internal customerobjectives and internal and external business trends to develop,maintain, and modify financial models then generates business unit levellong-term forecasts or make business recommendations with limiteddirection from a manager. * With limited or no supervision, completesanalysis of complex financial data/trends, including comparing forecastto actual results to determine business drivers of variances. *Effectively leads meetings and communicates - verbally and in writing -complex financial information to internal and external stakeholders in aconcise and simplified manner. * Actively listens to alternative ideasand views to determine the best recommendation or decision for ourcustomers and company. * With limited direction from a manager,participates in business planning and support analysis includingeconomic scenario analysis, performance benchmarking, opportunity, andrisk assessment and research projects. * Proactively works withinternal customers to provide strategic consulting to help achievebusiness goals; assists in implementing the recommendations. * Seeksopportunities for different and innovative approaches to address issuesor problems. * Effectively communicates, leads, supports, and adapts tochange in the workplace. * May be involved in or responsible forplaying a lead role in the rate review process including developing ratereview filing documents and communicating information to key externalstakeholders. * Engages in other duties as needed that support ourValues and help deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and buildstronger communities. Required Qualifications: * 8 years\' experiencein corporate finance, investment management, accounting, or investorrelations.
