Job Description
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking an exciting role in Vilnius? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is searching for an HR professional with strong work behaviors to join our special team.
Responsibilities:
Implement tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives
Evaluate and advise managers on programs or strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the business
Collaborate with Centre Of Excellence (Platform) experts to implement large scale HR initiatives (i.e. roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.)
Provide HR support and coaching to leaders on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development
Counsel and/or coach leaders, managers and employees regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal investigations, and any resulting disciplinary actions
Conduct Employee Relations investigations and provide recommendation for resolution
Assist managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee training needs
Drive effective compensation equity and planning processes for the assigned client group
Act as a change agent and lead key initiatives for the site and/or assigned business teams
Promote use of the Colleague Service Center to solicit HR process/functional advice
Participate in the broader regional HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives
Partner with site, HR, and Business leaders to coordinate and provide direction on site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven HR experience with a focus on employee relations and HR practices
Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment
Ability to successfully implement HR initiatives

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €31 500,00–€47 250,00.
