Description We are offering a contract opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our client in the software development industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This interim role involves a variety of tasks related to HR coordination and generalist duties, as well as tasks related to employee relations and policy input shaping. It provides a chance to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment where you will handle a multitude of HR tasks.

Responsibilities: • Carry out HR Specialist/Coordinator/Generalist tasks as required • Participate in conducting exit interviews and familiarize with the leave of absence process • Contribute to the development of company policies. • Facilitate employee relations questions and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person when necessary • Maintain and manage employee files in Workday, including data clean-up tasks • Utilize skills in ATS - Benefit Functions, Employee Relations, and Workday to effectively perform tasks and duties • Other tasks as assigned Requirements • Human Resource Generalist experience • Strong communicator, energetic and detail oriented • Able to pivot and work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Experience with employee relations and leave of absence a plus • Working knowledge in using Workday HRM software for various HR function is desired
